dc.description.abstract	Reforma në drejtësi është një nga hapat më të rëndësishëm dhe të domosdoshëm për sistemin e drejtësisë në Shqipëri, pasi ndikon drejtpërdrejtw te besimi i qytetarëve tek drejtësia. Qëllimi i saj është të rrisë pavarësinë e sistemit dhe të forcojë profesionalizmin dhe efikasitetin e gjyqtarëve, prokurorëve dhe magjistratëve, si dhe të luftojë korrupsionin. Në Shqipëri, kjo reformë ka nisur në vitin 2016 dhe konsiderohet si një ndër ndërhyrjet më të rëndësishme në sistemin e drejtësisë. Në këtë punim do të analizohen arritjet dhe dështimet e reformës, duke u mbështetur në statistika dhe fakte konkrete. Një pjesë e veçantë do t’i kushtohet ndikimit që ka pasur reforma në besimin e publikut dhe punën e institucioneve të reja, duke dhënë një pasqyrë reale të ecurisë së saj deri në vitin 2025. Gjithashtu, do të jepen disa rekomandime për të ruajtur pavarësinë e sistemit gjyqësor në të ardhmen.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The judicial reform is one of the most important and necessary steps for the justice system in Albania, as it directly affects citizens' trust in justice. Its goal is to increase the independence of the system and strengthen the professionalism and efficiency of judges, prosecutors and magistrates, as well as to fight corruption. In Albania, this reform began in 2016 and is considered one of the most important interventions in the justice system. This paper will analyze the achievements and failures of the reform, based on statistics and concrete facts. A special section will be dedicated to the impact that the reform has had on public trust and the work of the new institutions, providing a realistic overview of its progress until 2025. In addition, some recommendations will be given to maintain the independence of the judicial system in the future.	en_US
